Hotel manager in Phuket, Thai, ten years in hospitality. Guests keep asking me where to buy a place on the island, so I finally started keeping track properly — and now I'm doing my own homework on a condo in Kata for my parents. Listings I compare live at https://global-property.investments/ . Ask me about the west coast beaches, I know most of them by heart.
